Brooks Brothers Luncheon

This luncheon was one of the larger projects I assisted with while at Brooks Brothers. The event invited loyal Brooks Brothers customers and guests for an exclusive preview of the newest Zac Posen x Brooks Brothers Women's Collection at Toku, a Modern Asian Restaurant. Attendees were then invited back to the Americana Manhasset Brooks Brothers Store for a private shopping experience which included 20% off any order.

In preparation for the event, I pulled each item for the looks in the correct size based on which model was assigned to wear it. Items were then shipped to the venue for a model fitting. I shipped any additional sizes needed for the day of the luncheon. Meanwhile, while preparing for the fashion show, we were also preparing for our guests at Toku and Brooks Brothers. Invitations, menus, and gift bags were made for each attendee. As guests arrived at the store they were greeted with macaroons, champagne, and a jazz band.
